We’re looking for an Assistant Brand Manager that is ready to be a part of the world of beauty, get across the data, and put their brand management career on the fast track to success!
The Role You Could Play
In this role, you’ll be providing administration and coordination support to the Skincare brands team as well as continually driving improvement to our current processes. You’ll gain cross functional experience as you work across retail category management, consumer brand management, commercial portfolio management, and business improvement.
This role is integral to the continued, long term success of MECCA and includes responsibilities such as:
* Support the Brand Managers with managing product and supporting collateral to drive and deliver all product requirements in our stores, ensuring the best possible experience for the customer, along with meeting brand expectations.
* Organising product and supporting collateral (testers, merchandise materials, samples, gratis, PR stock) within our MECCA systems to ensure data integrity and product visibility for the business.
* Working with Brand Managers and the broader Merchandise team to establish product and brand ranging, and ensure all product information is accurately maintained and reflected in the system.
* Focusing on the continuous improvement of the current processes by identifying where solutions and improvements can be put in place.
* Working with the other Assistant Brand Managers to drive team performance and deliver outstanding results.

* High attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
