As a Marketing Apprentice at Nutcracker, you'll be at the heart of our agency, working across various teams including Brand, Design, Graphics, Web Design, and with a special focus on SEO. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with the SEO and Online Marketing Team to enhance their internet presence, track analytics, and find joy in optimising strategies. You'll be an integral part of all projects, supporting client campaigns, and boosting ROI.
In this role, you’ll work towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Qualification, delivered by our expert training team at Creative Alliance.
A Typical Day in the Job:
1. Engage in Social Media Campaigns and meticulously track analytics.
2. Collaborate with the Graphics team to craft captivating designs.
3. Dive into offline marketing, including creating event packs for clients.
4. Work closely with the Brand team to ensure consistency and impact.
5. Support the Design Team in creating visually stunning assets.
6. Get hands-on experience with SEO and Online Marketing, actively contributing to our internet growth.
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Creative Alliance team.
Requirements:
You need to have achieved Level C/4 or higher in English and Maths GCSE (or equivalent) to be accepted onto this apprenticeship.

Training to be provided:
You will be completing the Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship. This standard expands on the curriculum of the former Digital Marketer Level 3 and provides learning on all aspects of marketing, not solely digital marketing.
As a Multi-Channel Marketer Apprentice, you will help plan, create, and implement impactful marketing campaigns across digital platforms. You will contribute to the implementation of marketing strategies and plans, responsible for delivering daily marketing activities across multiple channels, platforms, and systems.
Training is delivered through a blended learning model: online learning, classroom sessions, work-based training, independent research, workplace projects, and one-to-one support. Your training will include:
