Job summary Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse - Renal Unit 37.5 hours per week We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurse within the Renal Unit. Main duties of the job The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care and the setting and monitoring of standards. He/she will support in the management responsibility for a team of nurses and will have specific responsibility for providing professional support and specialist nursing advice. The post holder will be expected to carry out all relevant forms of care and will be designated to take charge of the renal unit on a regular basis.
