A leading UK hospitality company is seeking a Health, Safety & Compliance Manager to support internal Construction and FM teams with expert safety advice and solutions. You’ll ensure legislative compliance and maintain a safe environment for General Managers, colleagues, and guests.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing internal CDM systems and ensuring project compliance.
* Auditing Health & Safety KPIs for on-site projects.
* Acting as Principal Designer for small-scale projects.
* Managing HSE prequalification for new contractors.
* Investigating incidents and implementing lessons learned.
* Collaborating with supply chain partners to maintain safety standards.
* Providing asbestos management guidance.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential); NEBOSH Diploma (desirable).
* Experience in Construction or FM projects.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Asbestos Management.
* Proficiency in MS Office and Management Information tools.
