We’re looking for a Deputy Manager to join a team at a supported living home in Maidstone, Kent, providing care to six individuals with autism and possible learning disabilities.
This role involves 28 hours spent on the floor working directly with the residents, along with 16 supernumerary hours for management duties.
As Deputy Manager, you’ll be empowered to make independent decisions while collaborating effectively within a multi-disciplinary team. Ideally, you’ll have substantial experience in a Deputy Manager role and show a strong commitment to both your own personal development and that of your team.
