The Role:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within the financial adviser community. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with financial advisers and professional networks.
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities within this sector.
* Attending industry events, seminars, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.
* Acting as a trusted consultant to financial advisers, ensuring they understand and trust the solutions we provide.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in Insurance: A proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management within the insurance industry is essential.
* Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels.
* Self-Starter: Proactive, motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
* Event Savvy: Comfortable attending and representing the company at events, with excellent networking skills.
* Knowledgeable: A solid understanding of general and commercial insurance products and services.
