They are now seeking an experienced Conveyancer with proven residential property experience of a minimum of 2 years to join their Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality legal services to clients, focusing on sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold properties), re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions. Liaise with clients, agents, and introducers to provide updates on transaction progress. Ensure services are delivered efficiently. Manage your own caseload with the support of an assistant and provide support to fellow team members. Participate in business development opportunities and events. Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be a qualified Solicitor (minimum 2 years PQE), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer. However, candidates with at least 3 years of relevant residential property experience will be considered. Expertise in key areas of law and procedure related to sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers, and new build transactions. Ability to manage a caseload with minimal supervision. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong oral and written communication skills. Proficient in IT. Commercial and financial awareness, including the ability to take responsibility for the financial control of client matters. Ability to develop positive client relationships and manage client expectations effectively. Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
