Based in Rutherglen, we provide a robust and dynamic spread of accounting services to our clients. Our team is growing and we have the opportunity to recruit a new to business apprentice. This role is suitable for a recent school/college leaver or a young person who has taken time away from further education.\nThis role will be to provide administrative support to the Directors and Managers to help our busy and growing accountancy business. The successful candidate will undertake a wide variety of reception/ office admin/credit control related tasks within the practice in order to deliver an excellent client experience. \n\nKey responsibilities: \n\tResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nâ¢\tGeneral office admin \nâ¢\tCreating & updating documents in Word and Excel\nâ¢\tReception duties (meet & greet)\nâ¢\tAnswering of phones\nâ¢\tContact and liaise with clients\nâ¢\tFiling and Scanning of Documents\nâ¢\tAssist other staff with tasks\nâ¢\tAd hoc duties \nâ¢\tAdhering to AML policy and procedures You will learn how to communicate in a busy office environment, how to manage your work load and customer service skills. You will also learn how to use our inhouse data bases and IT systems. â¢\tComfortable using Microsoft office programs\nâ¢\tExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nâ¢\tStrong IT skills\nâ¢\tAbility to prioritise workload\nâ¢\tExcellent attention to detail\nâ¢\tPositive attitude and willingness to learn\nâ¢\tProactive, reliability and punctuality\n
