Role Overview
The Registered Manager will play a pivotal role in setting up the agency, achieving Ofsted registration, and ensuring the highest standards of care for children and foster families. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced professional to build an agency from the ground up.
Responsibilities
1. Lead the Ofsted registration process and ensure compliance with all fostering regulations.
2. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality assurance systems.
3. Oversee the recruitment, training, and support of foster carers.
4. Build strong relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders.
5. Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
6. Collaborate with the Responsible Individual to ensure smooth operations during setup and beyond.
7. Support marketing and recruitment strategies to grow the agency’s presence.
8. Monitor and review financial performance and contribute to business planning.
