Role Responsibilities The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will join a leading law firm who are renowned for providing excellent service to their clients and promoting a culture of individuality, openness, and diversity. With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality service to the Commercial Property team. The day-to-day jobs duties within this role will include: Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on a wide range of landlord and tenant matters across all sectors and values, alongside general acquisition and disposal work Undertake a varied caseload of matters including acquisitions and disposals, lease renewals, head office relocations, lease management and regearing issues, rent reviews, property refinancing Working closely with the firm’s Corporate team to assist on the property aspects of business acquisitions, sales and reorganisations Work directly alongside the firm’s Real Estate Partners to support existing caseloads whilst contributing to business development initiatives Person Specification The incoming Commercial Property Solicitor will have previous experience in dealing with a variety of Commercial Property matters with a reputable law firm. Importantly, you will be a qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE. You will also be able to display: Technical expertise in a variety of Commercial Property matters Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently on complex and specialised matters as required Ability to provide excellent client care Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong focus on marketing and networking for business development.
