Pay: £150 - £220 per day (Depending on Experience)

The Role of a Secondary ECT (Early Career Teacher):
✔️ Plan and deliver well-structured lessons following the national curriculum
✔️ Adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs
✔️ Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
✔️ Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
✔️ Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents
✔️ Manage classroom behaviour effectively
✔️ Take part in professional development, mentoring, and training sessions
What We’re Looking For ina a Secondary ECT (Early Career Teacher):
✅ QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent qualification
✅ Experience teaching in a secondary school (as an ECT or trainee)
✅ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education
✅ Ability to engage and inspire students through interactive lessons
✅ Good classroom management and organisational skills
✅ A proactive and reflective teaching approach
Requirements: Updated CV (last 10 years) and an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
