The Executive Chef of Cambridge House will lead the epicurean vision and culinary operations, setting the stage for Cambridge House to become London’s most sought-after dining experience. * Oversee the guest journey—Pre-Arrival, Arrival, During The Stay, Departure, and Post-Departure—ensuring an exceptional culinary experience that blends bespoke menu selections with deeply personal, high-touch service.
* Act as a culinary ambassador, engaging with guests, leading the team in continuous improvement, and creating memorable, conversation-worthy dining moments that elevate guest advocacy.
* Curate innovative food experiences and programming, from signature daily rituals and exclusive tastings to unique space activations and creative brand collaborations.
* Be an engaging, effervescent storyteller, bringing the Cambridge House culinary philosophy to life through media appearances, industry events, and meaningful connections with food writers, bloggers, and influencers.
* Own financial performance, including pre-opening budgets, OS&E budgets, and operating budgets, ensuring that labor models and cost controls support both profitability and culinary excellence.
* Serve as a trusted steward of the owner’s asset, ensuring that Cambridge House’s culinary reputation and financial performance reinforce its standing as one of the most desirable luxury hospitality destinations.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of Executive Chef experience in luxury hospitality, leading high-profile multi-outlet culinary operations.
* Proven hotel opening experience in a senior leadership role, successfully launching new dining concepts in urban luxury markets.
* Demonstrated ability to attract, develop, and inspire culinary talent, creating an innovative and high-performing team.
* Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Business, or related fields.
* Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
* A keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through food.
* Full eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
* Multilingual skills are a plus, ensuring connection with a diverse, international clientele.
