There’s a permanent full-time opportunity for you here as a Contract Administrator at our office based in Wigan. This is a 37.5 hour contract covering Monday to Friday.
The Role
1. Provide a point of contact for customers, technical staff/engineers, support staff and management.
2. Issue and follow-up of Engineers’ work orders and updating information onto a database.
3. Updating holiday and sickness records.
4. Provide telephone support and answer calls in a professional manner.
5. Research, prepare and supply information as requested.
6. Draft and prepare documentation for invoicing.
7. Collate all paperwork in order to evaluate and produce draft invoices.
8. Obtain, organise and monitor the use of materials and equipment.
9. Operate a CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system e.g. Concept/Evolution.
10. Provide technical and statistical information for the department, in conjunction with the Mobile Resources Co-ordinator.
11. Data inputting, archiving, arranging meetings.
12. Undertake day to day typing/administration in association with the commercial and helpdesk operations.
13. Assist in undertaking office duties, which are required to fulfil our contractual obligations.
14. Act as a central source of information dealing directly with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner.
15. Ensuring all technician paperwork is received by the office in a timely manner.
16. Ensuring KPI’s/SLA’s are met.
17. Maintain compliance records in line with statutory regulations.
18. Undertake any other reasonable duty as directed by your line manager.
19. Construct staff rotas to ensure that each shift is covered.
20. Logging of incident report and ensure that it is sent to all the relevant departments.
21. Good working relationships with site staff.
22. Carry out site inductions.
23. Support with both internal & external audits.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
Essential
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
2. Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
3. To prioritise own workload.
4. Excellent communication skills.
