Job summary We are currently seeking a full time Healthcare Assistant to work within our busy 27 bedded Female Trauma orthopaedic ward. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team. To provide all aspects of general care to orthopaedicpatients, working flexibly to meet the needs of the service. You will be required to assist the qualified staff caring for patients who may have medical conditions and have sustained fractures or have an acute orthopaedic condition. You will be part of a dedicated team in providing individualised holistic care working within the bay based nursing approach, to maintain and improve the standards we have met. The vacancy is internal rotation and 37.5 hours per week. Support will be offered through Trust Induction, completion of Care Certificate and our Practice Development Sister.
