Conference and Events Administrator (Maternity Leave Cover)

Salary between £24,900 to £26,338 per annum (depending on experience)
Sidney Sussex College, Cambridge is seeking to appoint a Conference and Events Administrator to cover maternity leave of the Conference and Events Manager (expected 8 months). The postholder supports the Conference Department in attracting conference trade to the College as well as planning, organisation, and delivery of events, conferences, and other private functions to ensure they run smoothly.
The post will suit someone who enjoys working closely with colleagues within a small team, is attentive to details and deadlines, and is good at prioritising multiple tasks at busy times.
This is a full-time, temporary post involving 37.5 hours per week. The salary is based between points 25-28 on the University’s single salary spine, currently equating between £24,900 to £26,338 per annum dependent on experience.
