You will be responsible for making sure our customers have an exceptional experience, whether that's helping them pick a new pair of shoes or styling an outfit.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
* Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
* Interacting with customers and educating them on our products to build rapport.
* Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
* Managing cash and adhering to all security and health & safety policies.
* Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
* Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
* Retail sales experience preferred, but not required.
* Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* A positive and professional attitude.
* Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* High School diploma or equivalent.
Working Conditions:
Retail environment. The role will be 2 days a week, of 4 hours, but may require additional hours to cover holiday/sickness/business needs. Flexibility is needed due to business needs.
