Skills and Experience
* Solid experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer, ideally within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or working in the Education sector or related industries.
* Able to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
* Strong troubleshooting ability across the following:
o Windows 10, 11 and Mac OS
o Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Managed WiFi, Firewalls and Routers)
o Microsoft 365 and Azure (including Intune and Mobile Device Management)
o VoIP phone systems
o Windows Server 2016+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, SCCM, Backups, Hyper-V and VMWare)
