We’re delighted to be supporting a globally recognised manufacturing client in Ayrshire with the recruitment of a Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing finance function within a world-class organisation that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
This is a key analytical role supporting both local and US reporting requirements for working capital and supply chain performance. You’ll be responsible for providing accurate financial forecasting, insightful analysis, and meaningful commentary, as well as being the key finance contact for all supply chain-related queries.
Key Responsibilities Include:
•\tCoordinating and reviewing working capital reporting for group submissions
•\tSupporting financial modelling and business forecasting processes
•\tConducting performance reviews with supply chain stakeholders
•\tAnalysing cost variances and purchase price variance trends
•\tReviewing and reconciling SAP Bill of Materials with key reference data
•\tSupporting supplier claim processes and cost tracking
•\tPreparing detailed financial reports for internal and corporate stakeholders
•\tDriving improvements in data integrity and reporting processes
•\tSupporting long-term contract reviews through Estimate at Complete (EAC) analysis
What We're Looking For:\t
•\tDegree qualified, ideally with (or working towards) ACA, ACCA or CIMA
•\tQualified by Experience (QBE) candidates with relevant manufacturing finance exposure will also be considered
•\tStrong background in financial analysis, forecasting and reporting
•\tExceptional Excel skills;
•\tExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•\tA proactive and commercially focused mindset with a keen eye for process improvement
