Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

What we are looking for in this Workshop Supervisor jobs role

* Ideally you will have worked with bespoke machinery or experience in the automation industry

* This is a people focused role. We want someone who is a good people manager

* Experience working with LEAN manufacturing techniques

* Someone who looks to improve a process and a continuous improvement mindset

* SME ‘doer’ mentality – whilst it’s an international manufacturing business, this is an agile, growing and highly profitable SME

* Apprentice trained in a machine build capacity
