Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the IT support team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality service.
Manage day-to-day operations and handle escalated issues.
Oversee internal IT projects and coordinate with a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
Foster a user-centric approach to customer service, identifying areas for improvement.
Monitor team performance metrics and oversee documentation and training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop a continuous improvement strategy.
Ensure IT systems security and support the deployment of new services and software.
