About The Role
At Donnelly Group, we pride ourselves on providing an outstanding customer experience. As a Customer Service Co-ordinator / Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best service possible, acting as the crucial link between our customers and our expert technicians.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly and professional service.
· Managing service and repair bookings, keeping customers informed at every stage.
· Coordinating with the workshop and parts teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Advising customers on service and maintenance plans to keep their vehicles in top condition.
· Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction through clear communication and attention to detail.
· The role will involve face to face and over the phone interactions with customers and colleagues.
What We’re Looking For

· Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
· A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
· Previous experience in a Service Advisor, customer service, or administrative role

Desired Criteria
* Knowledge of vehicle parts would be advantageous
Required Criteria
* Excellent organisation and time management skills
* Previous experience in a customer service role
* High levels of IT competence; including MS Office and working knowledge of a CRM system
* A full valid drivers licence
