Working for the NSPCC: Working for the NSPCC is different from local authorities in terms of social worker context. The degree of case holding is less for this post, with a focus on directly supporting delivery to children, families, and partner agencies. The nature of caseload and work is different, providing an opportunity to deliver services, identify gaps and needs, and bring knowledge to develop and change the landscape of children service delivery. This is a new opportunity to develop a service and work within a system change.
