Equivalent Teaching Qualification (QTS). Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one). Experience teaching Spanish. Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate students. Up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding procedures and commitment to student welfare. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire students. Knowledge of innovative language teaching methodologies.
