Company Driver 'Field Assistant' Job Purpose You will work out on the road, travelling throughout the eastern side of England meeting with our Enforcement Agents to assist with administration and compliance. You will also be responsible for conducting outdoor property inspections, to ascertain whether premises look occupied. The ideal candidate will be based close to our Wirral head office and enjoy travelling as part of their job. Responsibilities Planning and organising your own workload Travelling to meet with our Enforcement Agents to collect their completed paperwork Conducting quarterly Compliance Inspections with our Enforcement Agents to ensure they are complying with our processes and procedures Coordinating collections and deliveries of Company vehicles Visiting properties to complete Outdoor Inspections as per our client requirements Assisting with backlogs of work when necessary; visiting debtors in their homes to negotiate payment of unpaid debts Essential Skills Full UK Driving License – held for a minimum of 2 years Clear CCJ search and basic DBS clearance Excellent communication skills Assertive and confident Effective organisation and time management skills Desirable previous experience Experience in the debt collection industry Experience of working in sales Experience in the security industry, law or parking enforcement role Field based / lone working experience Salary & Benefits £24,024 starting salary per annum 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some flexibility with working hours Fully expensed company van Company phone and iPad provided 28 days annual leave plus additional paid time off over Christmas Pension Eye Care Vouchers Successful applicants will be provided with extensive training and will gain a recognised industry qualification therefore previous experience is not essential.
