We are seeking a capable Student Support Services Lead to direct a consistent and collaborative approach across all central Student Support Services to ensure high-impact provision that benefits all students. The incumbent is accountable for the delivery of exceptional student support standards, in alignment with organisational policies and objectives.

The successful candidate will:
* Be enthusiastic, highly motivated and with a strong track record of working within a similar type of role.
* Show evidence of related experience within a large establishment. Prior experience of working within a school environment will be a clear advantage.
* Be proactive in their approach to dealing with interactions with external and internal enquires in line with the school’s expected high standards;
* Go the extra mile, including working outside of standard school hours, ensuring service level delivery is met;
* Further develop the vision for an inclusive culture.
* Contribute to curriculum development to ensure that students with SEND experience a deep and rich curriculum (including careers provision/leadership specialism).
* Support to ensure a nurturing culture and bespoke provision for students with additional needs.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills, high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to deal effectively and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders and teams;
* Fully support the school Mission, Vision and Motto
* Go the extra mile for students, contributing to the wider life of the school, including the broad co-curricular programme and community events.
* Hold an appropriate UK or UK-recognised teaching qualification.
