Our client is seeking a dynamic Functional Analyst to help optimize and support their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and CRM systems. Compensation $100,000 – $140,000 per year
What You’ll Be Doing
* Act as the primary support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O across sales, pricing, and shipping functions
* Collaborate with users to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues
* Assist with system configuration and functional problem-solving
* Facilitate training and guidance for business users post-implementation
* Travel to client sites nationwide for hands-on support and process assessments
* Provide documentation and insight on business requirements and functional designs
* Coordinate with technical teams for escalations when needed
What You’ll Need to be Considered
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (a major plus)
* Comfortable navigating tough conversations with a service-minded, tactful approach
* Power BI familiarity for reporting and analytics
* Prior exposure to manufacturing environments
* Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
