We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic customer service advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. This role involves interacting with customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their engagement with our company.
Duties
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using computerised systems.
3. Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
4. Perform data entry tasks to update customer information and maintain organised records.
5. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer complaints and improve service delivery.
6. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling calls in a courteous manner.
7. Support administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties related to customer service operations.
Qualifications
1. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an office environment.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating professionalism at all times.
5. Good computer literacy.
