About the role: As part of the Customer Operations Team, the Customer Operations Team Leader will; · Plan daily, weekly, and monthly activities to meet customer needs and business objectives · Set clear purpose and SMART objectives to engage and motivate team members, ensuring delivery of agreed goals · Perform effective people management in line with business policies (e.g. sickness, office attendance, performance, and behaviour) to optimise team capabilities and capacity · Ensure business and industry policies are managed and adhered to by addressing audit performance and training needs to meet regulatory, compliance and best practice standards · Interact with internal and external stakeholders, through problem solving and developing relationships, driving performance of both third parties and business areas Who we’re looking for: To be successful in this role: · You’ll be a problem solver, looking at process improvement and efficiencies, ensuring they meet the relevant objectives · You’ll thrive on collaboration – leading and motivating your teams and people outside of the department · You’ll have experience working with data and reporting, and be comfortable presenting findings to the leadership team Rewards and benefits: As you help us to shape the future, we’ve shaped our rewards and benefits to help you thrive and support your lifestyle.
