Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator Location: Home based Salary: £26,665 - £28,849 dependent upon experience Hours: Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week Aurora Group The Aurora Group is an innovative provider of education and care for children, young people and adults with special educational needs and disabilities. We’re currently looking for a couple of Recruitment Resourcers / Administrators (home based) to support our recruitment team who manage all permanent and FTC recruitment across our multiple sites throughout the UK. The Role: It’s an exciting time at Aurora as we are rapidly expanding our services and quickly growing in size. To support this growth; we’ve built a central resourcing function to manage a large number of vacancies (principally in the care and education space). Your role will be to support our Recruitment Partners with our direct attraction of candidates; involving the advertising of roles; searching for candidate on job boards; promoting and articulating our roles to candidate, maintaining our ATS, shortlisting and arranging telephone and face to face interviews. Whilst highly desirable; experience of recruitment in the care and/or education sector isn’t essential. What’s more important is your ability and work ethic to search for suitable candidates, maintain our ATS and job boards; your ability to be highly organised, ask the right questions and provide a professional service to our candidates at all stages of the recruitment process.
Experience: Successful candidates need to demonstrate: Ideally Recruitment Resourcing / Recruitment Administration experience (either in-house or agency) but may consider candidates who are keen to start a career in Recruitment / HR Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Time management, administration and organisation skills Willingness to learn and the ability to work under pressure
