As an Operations Manager based in our Hemel Hempstead branch working Monday- Friday, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Leading the day to day operating and playing a key role in the Health, Safety, Environmental and Colleague wellbeing in the branch
2. To manage a team of 13 people in the branch including an Ops Supervisor, Yard Assistants, and Drivers
3. Leading our drivers and working with our Operations Supervisor to maximise productivity, output and profit by implementing strong processes and communicating effectively with the branch team.

4. Experience working in a branch /operations environment managing and leading teams
5. Local area knowledge preferred for transport routing
6. Driven, supportive and level-headed individual
