Job Title: Receptionist
Pay: £14.40 per hour
Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00
Location - Cheadle Heath
Main Duties include:
Greeting visitors: Welcome visitors and direct them to the right person or office
Answering phones: Take calls for office employees and make calls on their behalf
Handling mail: Manage office correspondence, including faxes and emails
Scheduling: Schedule meetings for employees
Maintaining records: Keep office records up to date
Solving problems: Remain calm and find solutions to problems, such as missed appointments or unhappy customers
Assisting customers: Help customers with queries, requests, and complaints.Qualifications and Key Skills:
Communication: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer service: Be friendly, polite, and professional when helping customers
Organisation: Be able to create efficient filing systems and sort paperwork and contacts
Time management: Be able to manage time effectively, including arriving early to prepare for clients
Problem solving: Be able to remain calm and find solutions to problems
Multitasking: Be able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Patience: Be able to remain calm in stressful situations
