You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, managing multiple vacancies across our NHS Trust sites, all while ensuring a seamless and first-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Clinical Operations Lead to understand recruitment requirements and workforce planning needs.
* Support Clinical Operations Lead in sourcing Clinical professionals for our NHS Trust sites.
* Proactively attract Clinical staff through various channels, including direct sourcing and headhunting.
* Advertise job vacancies, screen applications, and manage the candidate selection process.
* Stay informed on market rates for Clinical staff, ensuring competitiveness while maintaining budget margins for each Trust site.
* Identify and engage both passive and active candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and direct outreach to Consultants and Nurses.
* Provide weekly reports on open vacancies and interview schedules.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
* Contribute to improving key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
* Work closely with the Clinical Operations Lead and Compliance onboarding team to ensure job offers, contracts, and vetting checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Analyse and interpret recruitment data, including job descriptions and workforce demand forecasts, to drive informed hiring decisions.
* Clearly communicate key information to stakeholders and candidates, responding to queries professionally and efficiently.
* Engage with external partners, such as job boards and recruitment agencies, as needed.
* Uphold and promote the organisation’s corporate culture and reputation as an employer of choice.
* Oversee and nurture candidate talent pools and pipelines to ensure a steady flow of qualified Clinical professionals.
* Maintain and manage an internal database of Clinical staff.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks, multitask, and resolve recruitment challenges effectively.
* Assist with onboarding Clinicians.
* Coordinate and book Clinical staff on Trust sites.
Qualifications
* Educated to GCSE Level or higher education
Experience
* Experienced recruiter either agency or in-house in Clinical recruitment.
* A minimum of 2 years Healthcare Recruitment experience.
* Exceptional Headhunting skills
* Experience of working with Consultants & Nurses.
* Candidate sourcing using a variety of techniques, ie headhunting, Boolean searches.
* Expertise in using ATS/CRM (candidate record management system.
* Clinical recruitment experience Nursing / Consultants.
Knowledge and Skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
* Excellent communication skills with ability to build effective working relationships
* Ability to streamline in-house recruitment processes
* Candidate attraction methods and marketing landscape
* Sound knowledge and experience with different effective selection and assessment techniques
* Confidence, and interpersonal skills to be able to approach passive candidates
* Strong Influencing facilitation and coaching skills with exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Customer focused with a collaborative approach
* Marketing and/or sales exposure
* Experience with high volume recruitment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
