Up to £65,000 basic salary DOE
Plus an additional responsibility allowance for the lead vet aspect of £7000.

Experience of coaching or mentoring will be invaluable to develop our current vet team, who are at various career stages with a range of abilities. Support will be provided to you by our knowledgeable and experienced clinical leadership team. We encourage CPD to allow you to excel in your role.
We would like you to share your time between our two sites, undertaking a varied caseload of both surgery and consultations.

A typical full-time role would involve working 4 days per week, over 40 hours. Shifts are either 8:30am to 6:30pm or 9:00am to 7:00pm. 1:4 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 2:00pm. No OOH. Closed Bank Holidays and Sundays.
About us: Carmel Veterinary Centre is an RCVS Tier 2 accredited, VNTP, two-site small animal practice based in Wolverhampton. Our team is composed of 4 vets across our two sites, working alongside a knowledgeable and experienced team of 9 RVNs, SVN’s, ACA’s and receptionists. We have certified RVNs in feline nursing, nutrition, behaviour and Fear Free. We’re proud to say that 3 of our team are qualified mental health first aiders, ensuring that there’s always someone on shift to speak to. We’re kitted out with endoscopy, ultrasound, dental X-rays, full Idexx labs as well orthopaedic kit.
