You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and exciting role. We are looking for someone who has an inspiring attitude to promote bespoke care. Duties for this Support Worker role? Required to support all aspects of personal care and all aspects of the clients fluids and nutritional needs. He enjoys doing activities at home which include jigsaws, craft, sensory games and watching DVD's. He also likes to go out in the car and for short walks to feed the ducks.
