Purpose of the Role
* Coordinate the day to day operation of a designated area/region within the National Customer Support Centre
* Deliver first class Customer Service
Key Accountabilities
* Action call plans
* Receive and process orders
* Price and process quotations
* Add value to every order
* Pro-actively pursue sales leads
* Liaise with Area Sales Manager on a daily basis to ensure smooth running of a designated area to give the customers a professional service
* Resolve queries within agreed time limits
* Any other duties to ensure smooth running of the Support Centre
* Uphold the Heidelberg Materials Service Charter
* And any other duties as requested by your manager
Education/Qualification
A good standard of numeracy and literacy along with the ability to use Excel, Word and associated computer skills. SAP experience advantageous.
