Role Responsibilities:
Responsibility for implementing a sales growth strategy
Develop/Manager Industrial market, and carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
Find potential business opportunities and business growth points
Approaching and establishing new, solid and long-term relationships with distributors and end users
Presentation of the solution to potential customers
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Work closely with colleagues in the regional sales team
Perform lobbying in associations and interest groups.
Assist consultants to specify projects
Ensuring your on-going training and career development to ensure an improving, competent and up to date skill set and competency level within both the technical knowledge element of the role and senior level sales skills, the business invests heavily in employee advancement and therefore you will constantly develop your skills
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Promoting products and services to businesses, including systems integrators, installers and end users.

Person and Skills Required:
Proven experience in successful Business Development
Possess excellent knowledge of the entire sales cycle from initial lead finding through to close
New business B2B sales skills
Great business sense and UK market sense
Massive customer resource regarding industrial market in UK & Ireland
The knowledge of Infrared Thermography or Flow Meter or Pressure Transmitter or Level Meter is preferred
