This role works closely with the Programming Team and Duty Managers to undertake a range of Front of House roles to support our customers throughout their experience.
Duties include but are not limited to, welcoming customers to our venues, using our computerised Box Office system to sell tickets, merchandise, and record customer data securely, setting up for events, serving customers in our kiosks and stocking up.
The ideal candidate will have the personality and inter-personal skills necessary to work with people of all ages, an interest and enthusiasm for Theatre and Arts, confidence and a flexible approach and attitude.
