EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Essential criteria
1. Registered Mental Health Nurse/ OT/Social Worker, Valid Registration with the appropriate professional body e.g. NMC/SWE/HCPC
Experience
Essential criteria
2. Relevant experience working with clients with psychosis in Adult and or CAMHs services
Desirable criteria
3. Knowledge of current primary care issues
SKILLS, ABILITIES &KNOWLEDGE
Essential criteria
4. Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate programmes of care.
5. The ability to: prioritise & meet deadlines; organise work of self and others; supervising, teaching & assessing; self motivated with the ability to motivate others; effective resource management.
6. Skills in managing complex cases.
7. •Understanding of current policy and guidance relating to Early Intervention in Psychosis services.

8. Able to communicate effectively at different levels of the organisation and with staff, patient/service users, visitors or external organisations both verbally and in writing in the exchange of highly complex, sensitive or contentious information which may require the use of negotiating and/or persuasive skills.
9. Able to analyse and assess situations and to interpret potentially conflicting situations and determine appropriate action, where there is a range of options and judgement is required
10. Able to overcome barriers to understanding where there are physical or mental disabilities.
