Fantastic opportunity to deal with sales, operations and customer service for this leading independent Tour Operator Job Description/Responsibilities: You will assist with the processing of sales enquiries via telephone and email bookings. You will also assist in coordinating Sales activity between our European offices. Bookings will include individuals, groups and bespoke enquiries. Processing payments, receipting, and updating bookings and events accordingly. We will train you to understand how we package Worldwide Events Attend Worldwide events in PR/Representation capacity where required including travel overseas to events. Ensuring all records and files are kept up to date and accurate Customer Database management via our new CRM system Experience required: Experience working in the travel or sports industry is preferable. Good sales skills with an ability to demonstrate previous successes. Strong Commercial acumen. Competent understanding of Microsoft Office Highly motivated self-starter Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A good level of knowledge of our featured sports particularly mass participation endurance events would be an advantage for this role. Confident telephone manner.
