1st Line IT Support
Salary: between £24,000 - £25,000
Location: Rochester
Overview: A highly established organisation is looking to add a member to their IT Helpdesk team to assist users with 1st line issues.
Duties will include:
1. Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of software and IT issues
2. Setting up new users' hardware and applications
3. Providing excellent customer service
We are looking for:
1. A highly motivated individual
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good understanding of IT systems
Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
