* Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a strong understanding of cloud services, networking, and cybersecurity
* Strong technical knowledge of Azure, Hyper-V, and Active Directory
* Experience with networking systems such as Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, SonicWall, and WatchGuard
* Knowledge of telephony systems such as 3CX, Teams Telephony, and Horizon by Gamma is beneficial
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues at all levels
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities:
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT support desk, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues
* Act as an escalation point and provide escalated support and guidance to the wider business and other clients
* Keep up to date on any existing IT products and technologies
* Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, Hyper-V virtualized environments, Active Directory, and other core IT systems
* Administer and support voice solutions (3CX, Teams Telephony, Horizon by Gamma), M365 services, and networking systems (Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet)
* Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls, email security, and backup solutions
