Are you the right person for the job?
* Proven Outbound B2B Sales experience and a strong sales track record
* Self-motivated, confident, and proactive with a desire to exceed sales targets
* Enjoys cultivating relationships, managing accounts, and closing deals
* Ability to work as part of a team but also able to work on their own initiative
* Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Automotive parts experience is beneficial; however, full training will be provided
* Results driven and can achieve realistic KPIs, ensuring success without unrealistic pressure
* Proficient with numbers and able to retain information, such as best-selling part numbers
What will your role look like?
* Manage your own accounts and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
* Achieve company growth plans and sales targets
* Make outbound sales calls to close deals and develop new business prospects
* Research and identify new product requirements based on customer feedback
* Process sales orders and work closely with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction
