School Address: Bents Green School is a school for students with autistic spectrum conditions and communication and interaction difficulties. We are looking to appoint a Year Team Administration Officer who can provide effective support to staff, students, parents, and external agencies at our new Post 16 provision at Enterprise Works, near Meadowhall.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, flexible, innovative, and dedicated to delivering high-quality administrative support. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as they will liaise with individuals at various levels.
Applicants should have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Experience with SIMS management information system is preferred; training will be provided, but the candidate should be able to learn quickly as SIMS will be used daily for various tasks.
Bents Green Learning Community operates across three sites: Ringinglow, Gleadless, and Westfield. From September 2024, all staff will work at all sites, including the new Post 16 provision at Enterprise Works, Meadowhall.
