Overview About the Clients: Coty is a global beauty leader with approximately $9 billion in revenue, renowned for its entrepreneurial heritage and iconic brand portfolio. Responsibilities As the Digital Governance Manager, you will support the Digital Governance Director in managing the UK team and ensuring alignment with the wider Coty global network. Your responsibilities will include: - Compliance: - Assist in using Coty-specific tools to ensure adherence to processes and tools. - Quality: - Support the accuracy and timely supply of media and reporting data, in line with key submission deadlines. - Integrity: - Help ensure the right information is completed by teams to produce meaningful insights and achieve contractual KPIs. - Assist in ensuring media data collection aligns with the client measurement framework and is captured accurately. - Maintain up-to-date monthly budget trackers and support quarterly financial consolidation. - Assist in preparing reports for global teams on test & learn programs, PCA's, and digital performance. - Monitor media results based on local Coty business KPIs and report results to the global team. - Manage processes using relevant tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness. - Support all channel best practices and WOW documentation. - Ensure data governance to maintain data quality. Qualifications Skills and Experience: - Strong organisational and project management skills with an ability to meet deadlines. - Excellent attention to detail. - Process and efficiency driven. - Basic knowledge of media planning and understanding of Publicis Groupe. - Strong communication skills and ability to engage with all agency teams and global clients. - Resilient, with an energised and enthusiastic approach. - Ability to learn quickly and establish expertise within company standards and client-specific solutions. - Experience in a media environment is preferable but not essential. - Experience in data entry and numerical analysis (via data management platform/excel).
