As a Warehouse Manager at Supply Technologies, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery of goods. You will lead a team and work closely with other departments to maintain inventory levels, optimise storage space, and uphold safety standards within the warehouse facility.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
* Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.
* Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to ensure accurate stock management.
* Supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain a high-performing team.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
* Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
* Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to streamline warehouse operations.
* Other tasks as assigned by the managers.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in warehouse management, including knowledge of inventory control, distribution, and logistics.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
* Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
* Effective communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
