The role will involve project financing and structuring to create viable, fundable projects aligned to the interests of all stakeholders. You will work closely with various departments to provide insights and analysis that drive financial performance and growth. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis Ability to review and interpret complex financial models Understanding project finance and ability to fund growth projects within IWE business Understanding the key risks of projects and the allocation of these risks among the relevant parties / stakeholders Create and update cash flow projections and working capital models Perform sensitivity analyses and stress testing on financial models Support the evaluation of potential investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives and complete financial due diligence Lead and manage projects through the entire development cycle, including the development of valuation models up to £50 million Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions Prepare clear and concise reports for senior management and stakeholders to enable effective decision making Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial modelling What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or relevant master's degree preferred (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent experience Strong Technical accounting knowledge, understanding of off balance sheet structuring solutions Experience in financial modelling and analysis, strong financial modelling skills Advanced Google/Excel skills and proficiency in financial modelling best practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Financing Knowledge Requirements In-depth understanding of corporate finance principles and practices Knowledge of various financing instruments and structures (e.g., debt, equity, financing) Understanding of key financial metrics and ratios Understanding of funding sources Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards (IFRS, UK GAAP) What's next?
