We are now looking for a Tele-Sales Executive to join us on a permanent, part-time basis, working 20-25 hours per week primarily making appointments for the Business Development Team.
The Benefits
- Salary of up to £45,000 DOE, plus commission (pro rata)

The Role
As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be responsible for qualifying leads, presenting an overview of our packaging solutions and services to a range of business customers and securing appointments.
Previous experience within the Beauty Brands industry would be preferable but not essential. You will be developing relationships with brand owners, contract fillers, and new product designers so any similar relationship you have already would help while are not essential.
Focusing on generating leads through outbound calling, you will create a pipeline of new clients for the Business Development team to develop and ultimately generate company revenue. You’ll carry out research to identify new leads and pinpoint pain points in their supply chain, working to achieve monthly goals and KPIs.
Developing positive and productive relationships with customers over the phone, you’ll inspire interest in our great range of products and aim to arrange meetings between Business Development Managers and potential clients.
Your role will also involve:
- Maintaining customer files and data in the CRM system
- Ensuring contact records are up to date
- Acting as an internal contact for customers and prospects
About You
To be considered as a Tele-Sales Executive, you will need:
- At a minimum, two years’ experience in a sales role creating a solid and profitable pipeline
- Experience in a B2B product and/or service environment (ideally associated with the cosmetic industry)
- Experience of using a CRM system with a good level of Microsoft / IT skills
