National Account Executive – Premium Food Brand

Right now, we’re recruiting for a fast-growing premium food brand that’s redefining mealtime with all-natural, high-quality sauces. Already stocked in leading retailers, wholesalers, and food service accounts, they’re scaling fast—and they need a National Account Executive to help drive their next phase of growth.
The Role
This is a fantastic part-time opportunity to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial team and make a real commercial impact. You’ll be responsible for:
Managing & Growing Accounts – Nurture relationships with key retail, wholesale & food service partners, ensuring long-term growth.
Winning New Business – Identify & secure new stockists, expanding the brand’s presence.
Sales & Execution – Negotiate JBPs, manage promotions & ensure strong in-market execution.
Strategic Planning – Use sales data & market insights to inform strategy.
Stock & Order Coordination – Work closely with logistics to ensure smooth supply.
Trade Marketing – Support sales materials & trade events to boost visibility.
What We’re Looking For
✅ FMCG sales/account management experience (retail, wholesale, or foodservice).
✅ Proven track record of managing key accounts & driving growth.
✅ Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.
✅ Data-driven mindset – confident in analysing sales & spotting trends.
✅ Experience with retailers & distributors (Ocado, Bidfood, Brakes = a plus!).
✅ Passion for high-quality food & challenger brands.
✅ Looking for a flexible, part-time role that fits around other commitments.
