Special Requests and Upgrades: Lead the process of managing customer special requests, upgrades, and cancellations, ensuring every detail is fully communicated to suppliers for flawless execution. System Accuracy and Updates: Maintain all relevant systems with precise booking details and costs, ensuring every transaction is accurate and up-to-date to support smooth workflows.
