What you’ll be working on:
In this role you will use the latest technologies to deliver scalable, quality cloud and high-performance web applications to support the business in its Digital Strategy.
Your day-to-day
1. Design, develop, and implement front-end interfaces using Angular and HTML.
2. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code and develop and maintain server-side logic using .NET.
3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Delivery of application modules in line with the delivery profile and architecture laid down by the Head of Technology.
6. Ensure coding is conducted to best practice guidelines to ensure a high-quality application suite is built and can be maintained.
7. Contribute to discussions on our technology stack, processes, and systems architecture.
You should apply if you:
8. have demonstrable experience using .NET (C#) in a commercial environment.
9. experience working with Agile methodologies.
10. college certificate or honours degree in an IT of communications subject.
11. have rigorous attention to detail, are self-motivated and able to work using your own initiative
12. can present technical information to a wider audience, communicate issues and status updates to management in a concise manner
13. you’re passionate about supporting local communities and are eager to get involved in our .
Even better if you:
14. have a thorough understanding of Angular and its core principles
15. have experience of creating and managing mobile applications in a commercial environment.
16. have knowledge of modern authorisation mechanisms such as JSOM Web Tokens
